INTRODUCTION TO THE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

The Business Management major studies the principles and techniques of management applied in operating and developing business organizations. This field encompasses various aspects such as financial management, strategic planning, marketing, human resource management, project management, production, and distribution.

In the current context, Business Management is a high-demand field. According to statistics from the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, the demand for human resources in Business Management from 2022 is about 2.2 million.

- Based on experience: For personnel with 1 to 2 years of experience, the salary ranges from 5,000,000 to 8,000,000 VND. Those with more than 2 years of experience can earn between 7,000,000 to 10,000,000 VND.

- Based on job position: For probationary staff, the salary ranges from 3,000,000 to 4,000,000 VND. Sales staff earn from 5,000,000 to 7,000,000 VND plus commissions for good sales performance.
