INTRODUCTION TO THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Hotel Management involves efficiently and reasonably managing and organizing hotel operations, including front office management, room management, financial reporting, revenue and expense tracking, and establishing management principles and cultural practices within the hotel.
Effective hotel management requires communication skills, organizational and managerial abilities to plan, delegate, and motivate staff to implement the plans correctly.

Students are equipped with and experience three main areas of knowledge:

Skills acquired upon graduation:
- Apply knowledge, skills, and attitudes to manage a department within a hotel or start a business.
- Proficiently use operations in tourism, accommodation, food, entertainment, and customer service.
- Analyze and solve problems, handle typical situations according to professional regulations.
- The training program meets NCFE standards, recognized by UK educational institutions. Graduates can easily pursue higher education at universities in the UK.
- Advanced Diplomas from Kent International College and NCFE are recognized by universities in the UK and other countries using the UK assessment system, such as Canada, Singapore, and Australia.
- The entire training program is conducted in English (except for general education subjects). Upon completion, students will have strong English proficiency equivalent to at least IELTS 5.5, enabling them to communicate in businesses and continue studying abroad.
