INTRODUCTION TO THE MAJOR
The E-Commerce major (E-Commerce or Electronic Commerce) involves the business activities of buying and selling goods, products, and transactions via the Internet. E-Commerce integrates information technology into building and operating buying, selling, and advertising activities, helping businesses reach customers through various online marketing channels (Website, Mobile, etc.).

Students studying E-Commerce will be equipped with and gain practical experience in four main areas:
- Business Knowledge: Understanding business operations, organizational management, cost management, basic marketing, advertising, data analysis, marketing funnels, online advertising tools, graphic software, and website management.
- Digital Marketing Environment: Advertising and message delivery via Social Media, Email, and mobile devices (smartphones/tablets). Implementing digital strategies.
- Website Analysis and Optimization: Content analysis, digital attributes, e-commerce knowledge, digital consumer trends, marketing planning, and developing Digital Marketing strategies.
- Application Skills and English: Essential soft skills for the 21st century emphasized by businesses and crucial for recruitment.
